Shipping policy

We aim to ship all online orders within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment. 

Out of stock items may delay shipping process until items are back in stock. In this case customers will be notified by email of the delay. Should the item ordered be a cancelled line a full refund will be issued for the item.

Furniture items will be shipped once full payment of the item and associated freight costs have been received. Furniture items are produced as pre-order. There may be delays to shipping should there be delays in the manufacturing process. All furniture items require preparation and some pre-assembly before they are crated for shipping which, on occasion, can lead to unavoidable delays. Furniture items are usually dispatched within 4 - 6 weeks of ordering.
