Weight+Location based shipping within Australia.
All of our products come flat packed and will need to be assembled. They will be shipped by a 3rd party freight shipping company. Our shipping and delivery charges only cover CURBSIDE delivery. Accessories do not need a custom pallet to ship and shipping prices are also determined by weight and location.

Please be prepared to break down your crate and bring your items inside of your own home or garage as the delivery company will not offer additional services under the price of shipping paid online.

Your order may take up to 3 business days to prepare for shipment.
Once prepared and depending on your location, your order will take up to 7-14 business days to be delivered. If the product you want to order is out of stock, leaving an email on our website will help us contact you when the product is in stock. Note: Does not apply to buy now pay later & lay-buy orders.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order immediately. You will receive another e-mail with your tracking number prior to shipping, which will allow you to track the movements of your freight/order.

Process of Delivery
Shipping is generally out of our hands, however we will do all that is reasonably possible to ensure that you receive your product in good order. We will replace components that are damaged during shipping but cannot be held responsible for shipment not arriving on a specific date.
If our freight company is unable to schedule a time with you or unable to deliver your order, and has to re-deliver - the second delivery cost will be for your account.
When your order is delivered you will be required to sign for it.
Please briefly inspect the shipment with the driver to see if there are external damages.
Your shipment should be delivered in a custom crate, if for any reason you feel your crating has been tampered with or the pallet was not delivered with your shipment, please take a picture and notify firstname.lastname@example.org. Our freight company has been instructed not to disassemble any part of our crate system.
If there is damage, take pictures so that we can make a claim for shipping damages and send them to email@example.com
If any damage is discovered when you open your order, please call us immediately.
**IMPORTANT: The freight companies CANNOT take your DELIVERY into your house. Please arrange someone to assist you to take the delivery into your house.
Our furniture is shipped on a special wood pallet or crate for shipping protection and can be discarded or re-purposed.
