Prices and Sales Tax

The prices are guaranteed once orders are placed.
**Please Note: We are required to collect sales tax on all items delivered in Australia.


Assembly is required on all furniture. We do not ship assembled units. 
We provide with each shipment a detailed set of instructions.
If your shipment does not have instructions please call our customer service line at +61 421 553 918 and we will e-mail you a copy.

We highly recommend two people assembling all of our products.

Our Replacement Policy

Freight costs for sending replacements due to freight damage is for the customers account. Zoola Craft will carry the cost of the replacement item. If we make a payment for the replacement of the Goods we may retain or recover the damaged Goods. The provisions of replacement or payment of damaged goods  do not extend to the payment of any claim for Consequential Loss.

Our Return Policy

All of Zoola Craft products are guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with the products in terms of quality, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your furniture order within 30 days of receipt (a restocking fee will be charged depending on the condition of the returned goods).

After 30 days, Zoola Craft will replace your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year

Please note however, that shipping costs/value (both shipped to you and shipped back to our warehouse) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the price paid if returned each way. Shipping is generally out of our hands, however we will do all that is reasonably possibly to ensure that you receive your product in good order. We will replace components that are damaged during shipping but cannot be held responsible for shipment not arriving on a specific date.

The provisions of return of goods  do not extend to the payment of any claim for Consequential Loss.

    • Pre-orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
    • All pre-orders are charged immediately.
    • Pre-orders apply to purchasing furniture only, all accessories and shipping is paid upfront.
    • We offer our absolute best guess as to the arrival of new inventory, but sometimes models can get held up in production, customs, or any other number of situations. Estimated dates are subject to change.
    • On all pre-orders there will be a $25 charge for cancellation.  This covers the bank and processing fees.
  •  All cancellations on any order that has not shipped will also be charged a 10% fee, capped at $50.

  • Please note: The delivery stated for the item is only an estimate given by the manufacturer. We do not refund for late delivery.
